Refund policy

1. Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Returns requested after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.


2. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may receive a refund or store credit.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. Final Sale Items

  • The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged:
